NEW DELHI | December 22, 2025 — As India’s electric vehicle (EV) market scales at an unprecedented rate, Gurugram-based deeptech startup Zipbolt Innovations has announced the launch of ZeFlash.App. This AI-powered EV battery diagnostics and safe-charging application is now live across 100+ CharjKaro-operated fast-charging stations in Delhi and Chandigarh, with active expansion underway in Dehradun, Agra, and other emerging EV hubs.

The deployment marks a strategic evolution in India's EV infrastructure, transitioning from simple power delivery to integrated energy intelligence. By embedding automated, API-driven diagnostics directly into the charging process, Zipbolt is replacing traditional, time-consuming manual testing with real-time health monitoring.

Intelligence at the Point of Charging

Zipbolt is positioning charging stations as critical intelligence hubs rather than mere utility points. Integrated with Zipbolt’s AI-enabled DC fast chargers, the solution is purpose-built not only for high-end electric cars but also for the two- and three-wheeler segments that form the core of India’s EV transition.

Through the ZeFlash.App, users can access a Rapid Battery Diagnostic Report in just 20 minutes. This allows for the identification of early-stage faults, voltage irregularities, and potential thermal risks—all conducted simultaneously with the charging session without interrupting vehicle operations.

Powering the Future with ZipSure AI

At the core of this ecosystem is ZipSure AI, Patent-applied IoT-enabled intelligence engine. By utilizing chemistry benchmarking and digital-twin models, ZipSure AI analyzes multi-signal data to shift EV maintenance from a reactive "repair" model to a predictive "prevention" model. This intelligence aims to significantly reduce breakdowns, recalls, and operational downtime for both individual users and large-scale fleets.
