Virat Kohli has congratulated Jay Shah on his election as the new Chairman of the International Cricket Council (ICC). On Tuesday, Shah, currently the BCCI Secretary, was elected unopposed and will replace Greg Barclay from December 1. He will serve a three-year term as the youngest-ever ICC Chairman.
